September Fundamentals Course


The majority of our new athletes joining CrossFit Napier haven't had any experience with CrossFit. Our Fundamentals course is the perfect way to introduce yourself to the CrossFit methodology, the core CrossFit movements and the intensity of the workouts. 

Our Fundamentals Program takes place in a small group to ensure we have the ability to work closely with you. 

The Fundamentals Program is a 6-part course to be held on the following dates/times and includes a 2 week unlimited membership access once complete:

Monday September 6th1915
Wednesday September 8th1915
Friday September 10th 1915
Monday September 13th1915
Wednesday September 15th1915
Friday September 17th1915
