January Group Fundamentals Course
January 2022 CrossFit Napier Group Fundamentals / Beginners Course
Our Fundamentals course is the perfect way to introduce yourself to the CrossFit methodology, the core CrossFit movements and the intensity of the workouts. Our coaches will host you across five 60 minute sessions and then your final (6th) class will see you join the mainstream class together.
The program takes place in a small group (Maximum 6 Athletes / Minimum 3) to ensure we have the ability to work closely with you, affording you and us the time required to get to know one another and learn as much as needed about existing physical fitness and goals / ambition.
The Januaery Group Fundamentals Program is a 6-part course to be held on the following dates/times and includes a futher 2 weeks Unlimited Membership access once complete:
