Our programs are specifically designed for Kids, Tweens and Teenagers with the aim of helping them develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting, they participate in fun and engaging games or workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be both well-rounded athletes and human beings.
Our programs consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and scalable for any participant at any level. This means that, for the most part, no days are the same, so folk young and old never get bored and the novelty of each session keeps them excited about participating.
The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that youngsters need to do when they pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, jump etc. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of Qualified CrossFit coaches.
Below you'll find the Junior Waiver form which must be completed and signed prior to your child's commencement in any of CrossFit Napier's programs.
